Prairie States is a third party healthcare benefits administrator that needed to update its image and messaging to better communicate its unique strengths and capabilities. Even though the company was servicing major companies in its geographic region, it suffered a perception of being too small in other regions.
Our research and strategy development got an enthusiastic buy-in from the client and together, we embarked on a complete brand overhaul. With copy that offers a conversational, clear and confident tone to design that’s both contemporary and welcoming, Prairie States is now showing its progressive, savvy and polished side. The rebrand invigorated the company’s corporate culture, drew positive reviews from current customers and positioned Prairie States to attract a whole new category of prospective customers.
